In this process, we begin with picking the healthier cocoa pods, fermenting their pulp, roasting their beans, grinding the nibs to creating cocoa mass and cocoa butter,
conching the cocoa, tempering the chocolate, and then finally packaging and shipping happens. that's how the cocoa bean goes from a seed to a delicious snack.
