Communication Problem

I ordered and paid for 8 pcs received only 5 pieces that too after lot of mails and delay.Later on Received remaining 3 pieces but they were totally melted.
Sent repeated complaint mail only thing it was different ID, but nobody bothered to call backon number given in mails.Only after my call to Luicy things started moving.Products are good but after sales handling of complaint not good

We use Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) as our prebiotic ingredient. These are plant fibres extracted from soybeans, papaya, and citrus fruits. It is indigestible, thus causing no blood sugar spikes.
